I started Root & Rise because I saw a gap in traditional healthcare. People were getting advice about what to eat, how to exercise, how to manage stress, or how to improve their health — but they were often left to figure out the rest on their own. After more than a decade as a Registered Dietitian, I realized that lasting change requires more than nutrition advice. It requires a personalized approach that looks at the whole picture: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, hydration, habits, and the daily challenges that make healthy living harder than it sounds. That's why I created Root & Rise. It's a place where evidence-based nutrition meets coaching, accountability, and real-life support. My role isn't just to tell you what to do — it's to help you build a plan that fits your lifestyle, guide you through the obstacles, and support you every step of the way until those healthy choices become sustainable habits and meaningful results.

Why I do this work

It wasn't that they didn't try. It was that the support they were getting was fragmented.
