A diet plan tells you what to eat. Lifestyle coaching helps you build the skills, habits, and mindset that make healthy eating natural — not relying on willpower. Mona does not hand you a rigid meal plan and send you off. She works with you over time to understand your relationship with food, identify what triggers off-track eating, and build a way of eating that fits your actual life — including travel, social events, family meals, and busy weekdays.
No. Mona’s lifestyle coaching works with the grocery stores and food systems you already have access to. There is no requirement to purchase meal kits, protein powders, supplements, or specialty products. If supplements are clinically indicated based on your labs or presentation, Mona will discuss that with you — but it is never a prerequisite for coaching.
It depends on your goals. Some clients work with Mona for 3–6 months to establish new patterns and feel confident maintaining them independently. Others prefer an ongoing relationship for continued accountability, quarterly check-ins, or support through life transitions. There is no minimum commitment — Mona offers both short-term and ongoing coaching arrangements, and you decide what makes sense for your situation.
