Mona will review your coverage during the free discovery call and provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement when applicable.
Most clients start with an initial 60-minute assessment, followed by 3–6 monthly check-ins over a 3–6 month program. After the initial program, many clients transition to quarterly maintenance. The exact cadence depends on your goals and how your body responds — Mona personalizes every plan.
Yes. Coordination with your existing medical team is part of Mona's concierge approach. With your permission, she can share notes with your OB-GYN or PCP to ensure nutrition recommendations align with any medications or treatments you're receiving.
